If an item is being picked up, after you ‘Accept’ the claim, you can press ‘Schedule Pickup.’

You can use our message feature to schedule a pick up time, or let them know the pick up process.

If you have a Premium Plus account, you can setup your auto emails to send the pick up details automatically.

When they come in to pick up their item, you can pull up their claim by going to the ‘Ready For Pickup’ tab at the top, or by searching for their claim. 

You can see the item number, and locate the item to return it. 

Then, click the purple ‘Complete Pickup’ button at the top. 

This will archive the item and the claim with the item marked as ‘Picked Up.’ 

The return form is filled out by the employee facilitating the return as verification the item was picked up.

When going through the pick up process, click the purple ‘Print Return Form’ button in the “Contact Information” section of the claim.

A PDF will open with the item and claim details and the claimants’ name and email address.

Print the form, sign and date. 

File the form for proof of pickup.
