You can now add internal notes to claims to communicate with other team members. 

These notes can notify coworkers where you left off with a claimant, what you are waiting for, or make a note of a phone call. 

  • Open the claim you want to add a note to.
  • Scroll passed the messaging feature and you will see ‘Internal Notes’.
  • Simply type your note and click ‘Save’.
  • This will add your note with your name, and the date and time it was added.
