1. At times, people will come to lost and found to pick their item up without filing a claim. This can be handled on the item dashboard.
  2. Search for the item and pull it up.
  3. Click the dark grey ‘Pick Up’ button above the item picture. 
  4. Enter the claimant’s name and their email address.
  5. If you’d like verification the item was picked up for your files, click the ‘Print Return Form’ button.
    • You should see their name and email already filled in the form. Print the form, have them fill out the rest of the information, and have them sign and date. 
    • File the form for proof of pickup. 
  6. Click ‘Picked Up’ at the bottom
  7. This will create a claim with the claimants information and archive the item and claim.
