Follow these instructions if a customer is providing the shipping label:
After you ‘Accept’ a claim, click the red ‘Schedule for Shipping’ button at the top of the claim. This will take you to the ‘Create Shipment’ page.
At the top of the page next to ‘Create Shipment’ click the blue ‘Skip’ button.
This will move the claim to ‘Ready for Shipping’ without emailing the claimant an email with a shipping invoice. If this is what you want to do, click continue on the popup message.
Once the claimant sends the shipping label and the package is sent out, click the ‘Complete Shipment’ button to achieve the claim and item.
