1. Follow these instructions if a customer is providing the shipping label:
    • After you ‘Accept’ a claim, click the red ‘Schedule for Shipping’ button at the top of the claim. This will take you to the ‘Create Shipment’ page.
    • At the top of the page next to ‘Create Shipment’ click the blue ‘Skip’ button.
    • This will move the claim to ‘Ready for Shipping’ without emailing the claimant an email with a shipping invoice. If this is what you want to do, click continue on the popup message. 
    • Once the claimant sends the shipping label and the package is sent out, click the ‘Complete Shipment’ button to achieve the claim and item.
