Item transfers allow for accounts to transfer items from venue to venue. For example – if after 30 days, you want to transfer an item to a different venue for storage, you can use the item transfer feature.

This will take the item out of the original venue it was logged in and send it to another venue on your account. 

  • Go to the ‘items’ section.
  • Select all the items you wish to transfer by clicking the checkbox next to each item.
  • Click ‘Actions’ and select ‘Transfer’.
  • In the popup, select the venue you want to send the items to from the drop down and click ‘Add To Pending Transfers’.
  • Once you click to transfer the items, you will be redirected to the ‘Pending to Send’ page.
  • If you want to add a note to the item for the new venue, click ‘Add Note’, type in the text box, and click ‘Save’.
  • You can change the venue you are sending the items to at the top of this page by clicking the ‘Send To’ drop down and selecting a different venue.
  • Select the items to send, and click ‘Send Selected’ or click ‘Send All’ at the top. 
  • When new items are pending to be received by your venue, a number will appear next to ‘Transfers’.
  • Click ‘Transfers’, then ‘Pending to Receive’.
  • You will see a list of pending transfers broken up by the venue sending them. 
  • Listed will be the item number, item name, the date the item was sent to your venue, category, who sent the item, and if there was a note included in the transfer. 
  • To view the full item details, click the item number or name.
  • Once you confirm you have the item(s), check the box(es) and click ‘Approve Selected’.
  • If you want to approve all items, you can just clikc ‘Approve All’ at the top.
  • This will add the items to your queue.
  • If you do not have the items and need to decline, check the box(es). 
  • Click ‘Decline Selected’ and the items will be sent back to the original venue. 
  • To see a history of sent or received items, click ‘History’.
  • There, you will see two sections. One of sent items and the other of received. 
  • The chart will show item number, item name, date sent or received, venue sent to or from, team member sent by, team member approved by, item category, and transfer notes.
  • To see full item details, click on the item name or number.
  • Filter by Date: to see transfers from a specific date – click the date range at the top and choose your dates. This will only show items sent or received in that date range.
  • Print: to print the list of items, click the print icon at the top. 
  • Download: to download the list, click the download button at the top.
