Once in “Property & Claims Management,” navigate to “Venue Profile” in the purple left-hand side bar. 

  • Name: edit your venue name. To edit your account name/url please contact us.
  • Description: add or edit a description to your venue. This will appear on your public lost and found page so add hours/other information for customers. 
  • Image/Logo: add, delete, or edit your venue logo. For best results, logo size should be 256 x 256 pixels at 72 dpi.

Remember to click ‘save’ after making any edits. 

Add/edit the return shipping address for your venue.

You can add multiple addresses if you are shipping from multiple locations. To add another address, click the green “add address” button. 

Note: you are not able to send shipping invoices until you have a return address set up.
