The widget codes integrates the public page lost and found page or claim button to your website, allowing your customers to search through the lost and found items and file claims.
Once in “Property & Claims Management,” navigate to “Tools & Add-Ons” in the purple left-hand side bar.
If you’d rather link out to your public lost and found page and not install the iframe, this is your link. Copy and paste it onto your website so your customers can navigate to this page to search for their items & file claims.
Copy the code under the “Website Widget Code” section. On the designated webpage, install the iframe code.
Once installed, the widget will appear on your site so customers can search through the inventory and file claims.
If you do not want to post the lost and found inventory on your site, or have a Starter subscription – you can simply install the claim button. This button allows customers to only file claims on your website without seeing the visual inventory.
Go to the “File a Claim Button” section. Copy the code and install the iframe on the desired webpage.
