You cannot update claim details, but you are able to update the claimant’s name and email address. This could be necessary if the claimant put in their email address wrong. 

If the claimant’s name or email address needs to be updated at any time, go to the corresponding textbox in the claim and make changes. 

When the information is correct, click the ‘Update’ button under the email text box.

You are able to see the history of a claim to see how it has moved through the software. It will tell you when the claim was filed and the date/time of when the claim status was changed and who changed the status.

To see this, click ‘View Claim History’ at the bottom of the claim.
