Filters & Sorting

You are able to filter both items & claims. Filtering is a good way to narrow down items and claims to be able to focus on what needs to get done. 

You can filter by categories and sort by newest, oldest, recently updated, and flagged.

Below are some of the suggested ways to use this feature. 

At times, you might want to check inventory to make sure everything is logged. You can do this by sorting by category to ensure everything is posted. 

If you see a claim filed and gives a specific date, you can filter the items by date posted so you do not have to look through items that are too old. 

If you are a festival or get an influx of items in at once, an easy way to work through claims is to go item by item. To do this, filter by category and work through the posted items, checking the claims attached to each item. 

Filtering: When going through claims, it may be easier to go one category at a time.

To do this, click “Categories” at the top of the list of claims and choose the category of your choice. 

Sorting: New claims are automatically shown first. To go oldest to newest, most recently updated, or oldest updated – click sort and choose the option of your choice. 

If you want to keep track of or come back to an item or claim, you can flag it by clicking the flag icon. 

Then, you can sort by flagged items or claims to see all that have been flagged.
